Mouse Food Hunting Trip
Yesterday when our class went mouse food hunting, we found a mouse food cache. It was extremely large and filled with sticks and a little bit of tear drops. Out of excitement, our class yelled super loud! We were celebrating! For those of you who don't know what tear drops and sticks are, they are plant roots. We cook the mouse food and eat it. We love to eat the mouse food with moose soup, seal soup and bird soup! While we were mouse food hunting, we saw a giant owl, four swans, two ducks and a flock of geese. When we returned to the class, we cleaned the filthy roots, divided them between 12 students and brought them home. We had a blast!

our first blog
Hi, Renee's class has just created a blog space. We can go here to write stories, post pictures, tell people what's going on in Hooper Bay, or just to write about how we feel. We can also come here to respond to other peoples writing! We hope you respond to our writing also!
